Place a trade enquiry

Email imprint@pupandtiger.co.uk with the titles or ISBNs, quantities, your shop or organisation name, invoice address and delivery address, including country and postcode. Please include any purchase-order reference and your preferred delivery date.

We’ll confirm availability, the price and delivery before accepting your order. Sending an enquiry does not reserve stock or commit you to a purchase.

Direct trade terms

Discount & minimum order

Our standard discount is 40% off the recommended retail price of eligible Press print titles. The minimum order is 10 copies; you may mix available titles. Signed, limited and special editions may have different terms, which we’ll confirm before accepting an order.

Payment

First orders are payable in advance. Credit is available only by prior written agreement; approved credit accounts are payable within 30 days of the invoice date.

Delivery

Delivery is quoted separately before we accept your order. We confirm availability, dispatch timing and the total payable in writing. For international orders, we also confirm any import charges and who is responsible for them before accepting the order.

Returns & problems with an order

Orders are firm sale. Returns of unsold stock, including event stock, must be agreed in writing before ordering. Please contact us promptly about damaged, faulty or incorrect copies, with your order reference and photographs where useful. These terms do not exclude rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Any different terms must be agreed in writing before we accept the order. These terms apply to direct trade orders; a distributor’s terms may differ.
