Refund and Returns Policy

At Pup and Tiger, we want you to be happy with your purchase.
However, as all of our products are made to order, we can only offer refunds or replacements in specific circumstances, in line with UK consumer law and our supplier’s policies.

Made-to-Order Items:
Because our products are printed and fulfilled on demand, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for changes of mind, wrong sizes, or incorrect orders placed by the customer.
Please double-check your order details carefully before purchasing.

Faulty or Damaged Items:
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
We will happily offer a replacement or a full refund where appropriate.

To report an issue:

  • Please include clear photos showing the issue with the item.
  • We’ll review your claim and arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Refunds (if approved):
Once your refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow a few days for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
