Made-to-Order Items
All items are printed and fulfilled on demand, which means:
- We do not accept returns or offer refunds for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or accidental orders placed by the customer.
- Please check your sizing, product selection, and shipping information carefully before placing your order.
Ordered the wrong size?
If you realise you’ve ordered the incorrect size, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. While we can’t guarantee changes after this point, we’ll do our best to intercept the order and correct it before it’s sent to print.
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll gladly put it right.
To be eligible for a replacement or refund:
- Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Include your order number and clear photos showing the issue.
We will review your request in line with our fulfilment partner’s quality guarantee and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
